Track My Order

Every Wrenford London order is sent with Royal Mail Tracked, so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.

How to track your parcel

1. When your order has been dispatched, we email you a confirmation with your Royal Mail tracking number.
2. Click the tracking link in that email, or enter your tracking number on the Royal Mail tracking page.
3. Your parcel's status updates as it moves through the Royal Mail network.

Delivery times

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UK time) on a business day are processed from the same day. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days and transit 4 to 8 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 business days. See our Shipping Policy.

No tracking email yet?

Please check your spam or junk folder. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, or your parcel has not arrived within 5 to 10 business days plus an additional 3 business days, email info@wrenfordlondon.com with your order number and we will look into it.
